My Account, our online self-service portal, provides several convenient ways to pay. Choose from these options from within the Payments menu of the portal.
Credit / Debit Cards & Digital Wallets — Make one-time or automatic payments with your debit or credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, VISA), or through a digital wallet (Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Bank Auto Pay — Automatic payment from your financial institution is a free, convenient way to pay your monthly bill. Your amount owing is automatically debited from your checking or savings account on the due date.
Have you received a disconnection notice? The most immediate account payment method is using our My Account portal with a credit card or eCheck.
Business Customers: We are unable to accept Visa or MasterCard payments for Business accounts, however you may pay online via check.
